Its been a long time coming, but the latest announcement from our government sees international visitors returning to New Zealand from this July. The details can be read here. The trout here have had a long break since early 2020, and now is the time to book in your fishing trip with me for the 2022-23 season in New Zealand. My diary is open & I am really looking forward to catching up with return clients this coming season, as well as showing new ones around our South Island back yard.
We are approaching the tail end of the regular season now, and I can feel the change in the air. Cool mornings will give way to proper autumn weather, and on some of our southern rivers this can bring on the best fishing of the season. Mayfly sippers can be targeted in the slick slow moving pools, or migratory trout that are on the move can be worked up with some exciting streamer fly fishing - the choice is yours!
You can contact me via the e-form on the contact page, or email me directly at thomas.j.mcauliffe@gmail.com. Any questions during the planning stage for your NZ trip please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Cheers, Tom.
